 The Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client automatically
adapts its tunneling to the most efficient method possible based on
network constraints. The DTLS protocol is automatically used to provide
an optimised connection for latency-sensitive traffic, such as VoIP
traffic or TCP-based application access. HTTP over SSL is used to ensure
availability of network connectivity through locked-down environments,
including those using Web proxy servers.
Data compression may be used to reduce the amount
of data transmitted.
